  - Added alot more GUI support. Its easier to use. Profiles from 
    DeviceMasterInstaller.ini can now be selected from the gui. The commandline
    is now not the only place a profile can be installed from. Copied the 
    example.ini to DeviceMasterInstaller.ini since thats the default file
    the script will be looking for.

  - Added the ability to specify COM# for each port being auto installed from
    a iniinstall profile install.
  - The temporary files are now placed in a windows temp dir so this app can
    be run from a read only location.

    devices. The profile may contain mac address, ip address, mac/ip mode,
    and the different rsmodes for the ports.

  Made the script handle the situation where the computer is slower than my
  10 second waiting period and it tries to start a second hardware wizard.
