This is nslinkadmin taken from the nslink driver for linux. This is the only
portion of the tools needed from the driver. To install for WebPortvision

make
make install
chown root:root /usr/sbin/nslinkadmin
chmod u+s /usr/sbin/nslinkadmin 

Yes I know its bad to have setuid root binaries :(
If I find a better way I will change it.
